Think about this, your car breaks down you know what the problem is and you don’t want to send it to a mechanic to have it fixed because of the cost involved. Or your good old neighborhood board drops off a letter saying that your front lawn needs mowing or how’s about this one, you want to make a nice refreshing shake, you know how to make it, what do you need? Well all of these examples all relates to Facebook. Now how does it relate? You need tools for the three examples that I gave you, hand tools to fix your car, a lawn mower to mow the lawn and a blender to make your cool refreshing shake. Facebook can’t fix your car, mow the lawn or make you a shake. What it can do is give you an exciting way to keep in touch with family friends and meet new people too.

It’s a social tool that millions of people are using to keep in contact with family friends and new acquaintances. You interact with people every day from co-workers to family members. You see a neighbor outside so you stop to chat with them. What about the checkout clerk at the grocery store? You’re paying for your groceries and chatting with the cashier and the courtesy clerk. You meet people every day, some you know and some you don’t know. You exchange information: “Did you hear about?” You enjoy the company of others: “Hey can I get you some coffee?” You enrich lives: “I bought you those safety shoes that you needed for work.” We interact with people every day. Everyone’s lives’ are different some have time to meet with friends everyday some are just too busy for some reason or another. This is where Facebook can become very useful.

You can now keep in touch with everyone you know with Facebook. If they have a Facebook profile you can share your information with them. From photos to videos from private messages to apps to your phone, it’s endless. The connections that you make on Facebook are powerful, fun and exciting.
